This letter is to introduce to you Ms. Barbra
Stover as an individual and as a real estate agent.
I had the good fortune of meeting Barbra for the
first time at one of her open houses in mid 2006.
Aside from her very warm and bubbly personality,
what attracted me the most were her professionalism and
organization by which she conducted her open house.
Not only did she offer to the prospective home
buyers much more information about the subject property than any
other agent, but also the efficiency and enthusiasm she
displayed while showing the property were very impressive.
As an example, that day she offered me a dvd
which displayed all the interior and the exterior of that
property with the most beautiful photography, voluntarily and
entirely produced at her own expense. I was able to show that
house the same evening to my wife and children in the privacy of
our living room.
Barbra and her husband/ assistant, Michael,
displayed the same level of professionalism and integrity later
when they marketed and finally sold our investment property in
Beverly Hills during a very difficult market condition. They
cooperated fully with my wife and me every step of the way.
I am certain that anyone who would choose Barbra
as a buying agent or list a property for sale with her, would be
just as impressed by her efficiency, dedication and enthusiasm
as my wife and i were.

Dear Barbra:
Both Eleanor and I want to thank you for all of your hard work
in the sale of our condo in Marina Del Rey. Words cant begin to
describe how pleasant working with you really was.
As you may surmise, we have worked with real estate agents in
both the purchase and sale of other homes. When it came time to
list this house, quite frankly it was a process I was dreading.
We called other agents, including you. You were the only one to
contact us promptly.
When we invited you to our condo for and interview, you came
prepared. After a few minutes discussing our plans with you and
your husband, it was quite obvious that you had a sales plan in
mind and you were not just looking for a listing.
The more we interacted with you the more comfortable we became
with your ethics and professionalism. After you promptly
returned my phone calls with intelligent information, I told my
wife that you were a "Pro" and let her take it and run.
Run you did. Other people in our condo complex were also very
impressed with your marketing plan and subsequent sale of our
condo. Today, 9/2/2005, nine days after the open house, two
people asked me for your card and a copy of the marketing CD you
had made. Barbra you made quite a name for yourself here because
quite a number of my neighbors have commented on how gracious
and professional you handled each prospective buyer.
By the way one of the other real estate agents we contacted
initially called us two days after you were receiving offers.
That agent was surprised that we did not wait around for him to
answer our phone call. I would venture to say that he does not
have the listing of these condos sewn up any longer. Way to go
champ.
Thank you again Barbra for all you help and both Eleanor and I
feel that we have made a great new friend.
